Swanheart Act 27Once upon a time there was a young man who started to write a story. This writer had, in another man’s story, been a knight whose fate was to be slashed in half because he could not protect his prince with more than words. The young writer, however, changed his destiny thanks to a duck transformed by the storyteller into Princess Tutu, and together, the writer and Princess Tutu gave the old storyteller’s tale a happy ending. The prince defeated the monster raven with his princess by his side, and the two departed for the prince’s kingdom. The writer did not die as intended and destroyed the machine the tragedy-loving storyteller had used to wSwanheart Act 27
Chapter 3: Today 4 UDown on Avenue A, a young man sat amongst trashcans, drumming on top of them with a pair of drumsticks. His eyes were closed, as if he was tuning into the rhythm of the city and playing along. A young couple walking by stopped and the female threw a quarter into a plastic tub situated between his feet.Chapter 3: Today 4 U
“Here you go,” the woman said with a smile.
The clink caused the young man to cease his drumming, open his green eyes, and look to the two, who were already walking away. Picking up the coin, he pocketed it and smiled pleasantly in their direction.
“Merry Christmas!” he called after them.

Chapter 2: One Song GlorySeto Kaiba crossed his arms in annoyance as he and his men studied the apartments and the many angry boarders looking down from their terraces. As the young man’s cold blue eyes surveyed his old home, he finally noticed a drunk-looking man lounging on top of his limousine.Chapter 2: One Song Glory
“Hey, you,” Seto snapped at him. “Get your ass off.”
The man smiled evilly at him, but obeyed.
“And you’re wondering what Téa is protesting?” said a familiar voice. “It’s that kind of attitude toward the homeless.”
Seto turned, to be faced with a familiar black camera.

Chapter 1: Last Year's RentThe camera is turned on once again, revealing an unlighted apartment with tall, uncovered windows and a fake Christmas tree decorated with strips of garbage bags to mimic strings of lights and a star-shaped hat likely stolen from a fast-food street advertiser on the top.Chapter 1: Last Year's Rent
A face then comes into view, so close that everyone gets a clear shot of a single violet eye. At last, the person steps back to show what is attached to that eye: an innocent smile, a pair of black glasses and spiky, black and violet hair with blond bangs.
